Tis the Season for Sneezen and Weezen!

Greetings!

This the season for Sneezin and Weezin!!
We are approaching spring believe it or not after so much snow so I know we allergy sufferers may be caught off guard. When we come in contact with an allergen, our immune system responds by creating specific defense molecules called antibodies and when activated, the mast cells release histamine that causes rashes or swelling of the skin or mucous membranes as well as narrowing or inflaming our airways. Natural medicine offers numerous techniques for reducing the body's allergic overreaction.

This the season also for our Spring Cleanse! Let's get prepared for the awakening of the earth, the stimulation of the sounds of life, and the energy of the Light, by washing out the dead food that we ingested all winter, by cleansing out the environmental toxins that we breathe in while staying bundled up inside with the fumes of warmth. Let's rejuvenate our circulatory system in order to reduce any inflammation we may have caused by sitting around and being closed up.
Now is the time! Now is the season!
Ready?
Let's go!!!
